About the event
Friday, June 21st join us for the Yes, Black people Farm Tour. There are only 20 spots available. Attendees will spend the day visiting Black owned farms and farmers. Attendees will also get the opportunity to explore available farmland in the area. There will be opportunities to ask questions.
Saturday, June 22nd join us for the official opening of the Free the Land and Heal the Hood workshop/conference. The schedule is TBD but will include education about irrigation, soil health, growing food from scraps, food storage (freeze drying & canning), baking bread, hunting, survival skills, raising chickens & sheep, water storage, adjusting to life as a homesteader, etc...
